Ha destato molto scalpore la diffusione del Finding of Facts (http://www.andremonti.net/dojvsms.zip) relativo alla nota vicenda che vede il Governo americano contestare giudizialmente alla Microsoft una serie di comportamenti monopolistici legati ad una oggettiva situazione di controllo del mercato e di scarsa tutela dei consumatori.
